Operation instructions:
1. Remove the outer packaging, clean the outer packaging of the glue stick, enter the air shower room and then into the clean room.
2. Make 5S preparations before operation, and check the table, floor, equipment, chairs, gloves, tools, fixtures, pallets, etc. with a microscope.
3. Gently pick up from the tray with tweezers. The glued end should not be in contact with objects to avoid contamination. Hold the other end with your hands and prepare for operation.
4. Align the glue stick to the dust spot under the microscope or software, stick it gently at an angle of 60°~90°, and don't force it to avoid scratching or crushing the sensor.
5. Hold it steady when using it, don't shake it back and forth, and don't move and rub on the product to avoid scratches.
6. Each glue stick can wipe the product no more than fifteen to twenty times at most to avoid secondary pollution.
7. Keep the used glue stick away from the work area and separate from the clean glue stick.
